Well what can I say but from Drab to FAB!!! Love my new apt!! Very modern, very AFFORDABLE, NO Pests and NO insects! Property is very CLEAN and POOL area is very well kept. Gym is always clean and has the newest state of the art equipment. Plus the computer room is always a perk, whenever I need a quick print out. Play park for kids and basketball court are always clean for the kiddos. Love the newly remodeled laundry room, night Security officer and appreciate that the barbecue areas are well

Carlos the maintenance supervisor of Laurel Heights throughly went above and beyond fixing some things around the apartment, so fast and with so much quality of work. He also noticed the air vent filtered needed to be changed, and immediately replaced it... So ecstatic there’s a maintenance that goes above and beyond to keep residents feel at easy and happy.
